Refund Policy

This page covers the only paid product on this site, the Premium Listing. Everything else on Countertops Near Me is free.

What you are buying

A Premium Listing costs $99 and covers one year from the day it goes live. It adds a Premium Listing label to your business page and to your listing cards, and your details, logo and photos are updated on request. It does not change where your business appears in the directory.

14 day refund

If you change your mind within 14 days of payment, email info@countertopsnearme.com and we refund the full amount, no questions asked. The label is removed when the refund is issued. Your free listing stays on the site.

After 14 days

We do not refund the remainder of the year. You keep the Premium Listing until its end date.

If we cannot deliver

If we cannot confirm that you own the business, or if we remove the listing for a reason on our side, we refund the payment in full.

Renewals

Payment covers one year and does not renew automatically. We email you before the end date. If you do not renew, the label is removed and your free listing stays as it is.

How payments are handled

Payments are processed by Paddle, which acts as the merchant of record. Your card details never reach us. Refunds go back to the original card or account, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
